Charlie

Charlie has spearheaded the expansion of Capstone Fox since 2017, and has applied strategic focus and expertise to building a cash-flowing, mixed commercial and residential portfolio ever since.

 

Prior to property investing Charlie spent 10+ years as a Chartered Mechanical Engineer, working in the subsea sector - his career highlight was being a key part of the management team who floated Tekmar Group on the AIM market.

Within 18 months of investing in property Charlie had replaced his income which enabled him to leave his corporate career and focus on growing Capstone Fox.

​

Charlie has a strong track record of dedicated, dynamic clients whom he coaches and consults in building their property portfolios and businesses.

​

In 2022 Charlie founded The Fox Club - an expansion of his Coaching and Consultancy business which includes group coaching and specific programmes tailored to starting and scaling property businesses.

Gileng 

​

Gileng started Capstone Fox with Charlie in 2017 to purchase and renovate buy-to-let, HMO, commercial and short-term let properties.  

​

Gileng's corporate career was as a PRINCE2 Project Manager, working in the design and banking industries.

​

Charlie and Gileng have 3 lovely children and live in leafy South Manchester.  Capstone Fox is a family lifestyle business, and Gileng was able to exit her corporate job in 2018 to both spend more time with the children and to build the business.

​

Gileng leads all interior design across the business.
